The project volume is essentially divided into two distinct building blocks, both three stories above ground, oriented slightly differently through a rotation centered within the structure. This rotation reflects the two alignments currently present in the surrounding urban fabric.

We believe this rotation helps soften the building’s urban integration, allowing it to blend harmoniously and maintain a gentle relationship with the existing context.
