OLTREPONTE is a new residential neighborhood in the peri-urban area of the city of Ravenna.

Privacy, high energy efficiency, design, and a strong connection with private outdoor spaces are the key elements that will define the project, making it contemporary in terms of shapes, volumes, and living experience.

The first phase involves the construction of six residential units, spread over two above-ground floors.

The classic residential layout, consisting of independent units with a street-facing front reminiscent of traditional independent row houses, has been reimagined on the inner side of the building. The floor plan of each unit establishes a strong relationship between living areas and private gardens, reminiscent of the beautiful patio houses of Portuguese origin.
