This project involved the demolition and rebuilding within the original footprint of a small annex, initially conceived as a vacation home but used for extended periods as a primary residence. Inspired by a passion for the sea and Mediterranean atmospheres, the design evokes a sense of calm and tranquility reminiscent of peaceful days by the shore — a feeling that permeates this secluded home in the heart of Rimini.
 

“We want to live by the sea forever!” At Casa MAGIÒ, fueled by the owners’ enthusiasm, we embraced this dream. Here, the blue of the sea and the spirit of summer are always present.
